What is the Entity Limit?
The Entity Limit is based on the highest count among products, customers, and orders. For example, if you have 1,000 products, 980 customers, and 990 orders, your Entity Limit is 1,000.
Important:
The Entity Limit applies only to products, customers, and orders
Categories, SEO URLs, and other supported data types are migrated in full
A parent product with all its variations counts as one product
Example: With a 4,000 Entity Limit, you can migrate up to 4,000 products, 4,000 customers, 4,000 orders, 4,000 blog posts, and all categories.
How to Find Your Entity Count?
To upgrade, simply pay the price difference between your current plan and the higher plan. Example: If you're on the 12,000 limit ($219) and want to upgrade to 22,000 ($279), you pay $60.
