You can choose which entities to migrate when setting up your migration. Simply select only the ones you need from the entities list.
One important note: If you want to migrate orders, customers must also be selected.
Orders are linked to customer records, and migrating orders without customers would break those connections in the target store.
All other entities, products, blog posts, coupons, CMS pages, and more can be migrated independently.
