To add MigrationPro IP to the white list follow these steps:

Step 1: Install Plesk (If Not Installed)

If you don't have Plesk installed, you'll need to download and install it first. Follow the installation instructions provided by Plesk to set up the control panel on your server.

Step 2.1: Whitelisting with Plesk Fail2Ban

  1. Access your Plesk control panel.

  2. Navigate to the "Extensions" menu and select "Extensions Catalog."

  3. Search for "Fail2Ban" and click "Install" to install the extension if it's not already installed.

  4. Once installed, go to "Extensions" again and select "Fail2Ban."

  5. Click on the "Jails" tab and choose the jail you want to modify (e.g., ssh-iptables or plesk-dovecot).

  6. In the "IP Address Whitelist" section, enter the MigrationPro IP address (173.212.251.33).

  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Step 2.2: Whitelisting with Plesk ModSecurity

  1. Log in to your Plesk control panel.

  2. Go to the "Websites & Domains" tab and select the domain for which you want to whitelist the IP address.

  3. Under the "Security & Firewall" section, click on "ModSecurity."

  4. In the ModSecurity settings, locate the "Whitelist" section.

  5. Add the MigrationPro IP address (173.212.251.33) to the whitelist.

  6. Save the changes.
