How to work with the MigrationPro service

The first step is to have an account with MigrationPro. We offer you 2 ways to migrate your store. You'll be able to do this with the help of our migration tool and our technicians.

1. Basic Migration

MigrationPro will allow you to perform a fully automated transfer from one eCommerce platform to another with minimal effort required on your end. All you have to do is:

  1. Purchase a migration service that will help you switch from your Source Store to a desired Target Store.

  2. Go to your automatically generated migration tool on Account Dashboard > Migrations. Then follow the instructions of the Migration Guide to migrate your store by yourself.

*If you face any trouble during the auto-migration, please feel free to Submit a Ticket with all the info needed for our team to take a look. We will solve it as soon as possible!

2. All-in-One Migration Service

All-in-One Migration Service is a perfect solution for those who have limited time or don’t have enough experience to perform migration on their own. That’s why MigrationPro created this service which simplifies the migration process for businesses.

All you have to do is sit back and relax. Our Migration Assistant will handle the whole project from beginning to end, including making sure that it has been successfully transferred. Before getting your store back, we will check one last time for any bugs or errors that might have been identified during the transfer process.

When you're done paying, please Submit a Ticket with the following information:

  • Admin URLs + Admin accounts of the Source Store and Target Store

  • FTP/SSH/cPanel (only for open-source cart installed on your private server)

  • The answer to this question: “Are we permitted to delete data in your Target Store during the migration process?”.

  • Request a test migration (Migration Assistant)

Our experts will proceed to migration once your ticket has been submitted.

Important:

  • Unlimited Re-migration. You can migrate as many times as you want. Our support team will detect and resolve any issues that might arise during each migration process.

  • Unlimited Recent Data Migration. When you have completed migration, you are free to migrate new products, customers, orders, etc. Once these are all migrated to your Target Store, they will be completely synchronized with your Source Store.

  • Support. We will be 100% responsive throughout the migration process and ensure you are fully satisfied with the result.

  • Your current shopping cart doesn’t need to be in the supported carts because we are also likely to support other platforms upon request. If your current shopping cart isn’t listed in the supported carts, you just need to choose “Custom Cart” instead of your shopping cart’s brand.
