The greatest entity number among the count of items, products, customers, and orders is used to determine the Entity Limit. For example, if you wish to migrate 1000 products, 980 customers, 990 orders, and all other supported entities, your Entity Limit will be 1000, providing you with 1000 entities to choose from. With the Pricing Calculator, you can determine the Entity Limit and Price for your migration tool.
Go to your Source Store’s admin panel (backend) and navigate to the listing pages for information about the number of products, customers, and orders. You can also use our Demo Migration tool to find your recommended Entity Limit (the highest entity number).
