The greatest entity number among the count of items, products, customers and orders are used to determine the Entity Limit. For example, if you wish to migrate 1000 products, 980 customers, 990 orders, and all other supported entities, your Entity Limit will be 1000, providing you 1000 entities to choose from. With the Pricing Calculator, you can determine the Entity Limit and Price for your migration tool.

Go to your Source Store’s admin panel (backend) and navigate to the listing pages for information about the number of the products, customers, orders. You can also use our Demo Migration tool to find your recommended Entity Limit (the highest entity number).

For example, with 4000 Entity Limit, you are able to migrate all the data below:

  • 4000 Products

  • 4000 Customers

  • 4000 Orders

  • 4000 Blog posts

  • All Product Categories

  • All Product Reviews

  • All Taxes

  • All SEO URLs and Meta information

  • Other supported entities

Important:

  • The Entity Limit only applies to products, customers and orders. Other data types such as categories, product reviews, etc will be moved entirely during the migration.

  • One parent product with all its variations will be considered as 1 product.

  • You're charged based on how many products, customers and orders you're looking to move, not all the data you have. More.
