How to export customers and order data from GoDaddy Ecommerce?

To export your customers and orders CSV files from your GoDaddy store account, follow the simple steps given below:

Exporting Customers:

  1. First, please go to your GoDaddy product page.

  2. Scroll down to Websites + Marketing and click Manage next to your site.

  3. In your Dashboard, click on Connections and then select Customers.

  4. Choose either all or specific customers and click on Export. A CSV file will be sent to your email.

Exporting Orders:

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.

  2. Scroll down to Websites + Marketing and click Manage next to your site.

  3. In your Dashboard, click on Commerce, and under Orders, select Orders.

  4. Click on Download.

  5. Choose the date range and how much detail to include, and click on Download. A CSV file will be sent to your email.
