Follow the steps outlined below to export your products, customers, orders, and blog content from your Squarespace account:

Exporting Products:

  1. In the Admin Home Menu, select Selling and then click on Products.

  2. In the top right corner, click on Export All.

Squarespace will create a CSV file containing all product data, which will be downloaded to your computer. Be aware of the following limitations:

  • Only physical and service products can be exported; digital products cannot be.

  • A maximum of three variant options per product (e.g., color, size, material) can be exported. Additional options will not be included in the CSV file.

  • Up to 10,000 products and variants can be exported.

Exporting Customer Data:

  1. From the Admin Home Menu, select Contacts.

  2. Choose All Contacts.

  3. Click the β€œ...” icon in the top right corner.

  4. Click EXPORT ALL CONTACTS and confirm.

A CSV file containing all customer information, as well as billing and shipping addresses, will be downloaded to your computer.

Exporting Orders:

  1. In the Admin Home Menu, click Selling and then Orders.

  2. In the top right corner, click on Export.

A CSV file with all order information will be downloaded to your computer. Keep in mind the following:

  • You can filter the exported data by Order Status, Date Range, and product details.

  • To include custom product form submissions in the export, choose a specific product during the export process.

Exporting Blog Content:

  1. From the Admin Home Menu, clickicon at the bottom of the menu.

  2. On the Website tab select Import / Export Content.

  3. Click Export and select the WordPress icon.

  4. Once the export is finished, a Download option will appear. Click Download to save the XML file to your computer.
