If issues arise during data migration within 30 days of purchase, a full refund is available. Additionally, a refund is granted if migrated data problems cannot be resolved within 72 hours (including weekends and holidays).

Exclusions:
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Issues stemming from limitations of the Source or Target e-commerce platforms.

  • Problems related to third-party modules installed on the Source or Target website.
