There are 2 different ways to check and reply to your ticket:

  • Through website: After you register an account on MigrationPro, you can view and follow up with your current tickets at your Account Dashboard. Make sure the email associated with your account is the same as what you used to send out those tickets.

  • Through email: You'll receive an email every time there's an update about your ticket. You can check it and respond to it right from your email.
