If your migrated customer count is lower than expected, the most common causes are:
Invalid email format - Shopify rejects records with incorrectly formatted email addresses
Invalid phone number format - same applies to phone numbers that don't meet Shopify's requirements
Duplicate email addresses - if the same email exists more than once in the source store, only one record will be migrated
