Due to <a href="https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/variants/add-variants" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">the variant and option limits</a> of Shopify and its API, products that have more than 100 variants will be migrated to Shopify without their variants.

Third-party apps from the Shopify App Store can be used to increase variant and option limits. Unfortunately, Shopify API does not currently support this type of function.
