Is the price one-time or monthly?

The migration service is offered as a one-time payment and is not a monthly subscription.

Once the purchase is completed, you receive full access to the service, including one year of support.

The one-year support covers assistance related to the original migration. This includes:

  • Fixing migration-related errors

  • Re-running the migration of entities within the purchased scope

  • Resolving technical data inconsistencies related to the full import

Please note that requests outside the original migration scope, such as importing new data batches from 3rd party sources or performing additional tasks not included in the initial order, are considered separate services. These are not covered under migration support and may require an additional development effort and charge correspondingly.
