With the Customer Password Plugin, customers can login to the Target using their old passwords, without resetting them or creating new accounts.
Now that you have the Customer Password Plugin option, which you get along with the migration service you’ve purchased, the extension will be sent to your Account Dashboard. Install it in your Target Store to make it work properly. To do this, follow the steps below:
Download the Customer Password Plugin at:
Account Dashboard > Migrations > Additional Modules.Install the extension in your Target Store. You can install it either before or after the migration process. It doesn't really matter either way.
Test the login on the Target Store’s frontend.
