Your Responsibility During the Support Period:
When our team investigates and resolves any reported issue, we ask that you review the result and contact us within 3-4 weeks if anything still needs attention.
This means:
Check that the reported issue has been resolved in your store
Test the affected area (products, orders, customers, etc.) to confirm everything looks correct.
Let us know if anything still needs attention.
Please note:
If we don't hear back within 3-4 weeks after resolving an issue, we'll consider it closed. If the same issue comes up again later, it may be treated as a new support request. This helps us manage requests efficiently and make sure every issue gets the attention it deserves.
What Happens After 6 Months?
