What Support Do You Get with Migrationpro?

Every Migrationpro purchase includes 6 months of technical support from the date of purchase. During this period, our team is available to help you with any questions or issues related to your migration - via Live Chat or email.

Your Responsibility During the Support Period:

When our team investigates and resolves any reported issue, we ask that you review the result and contact us within 3-4 weeks if anything still needs attention.

This means:

  • Check that the reported issue has been resolved in your store

  • Test the affected area (products, orders, customers, etc.) to confirm everything looks correct.

  • Let us know if anything still needs attention.

Please note:
If we don't hear back within 3-4 weeks after resolving an issue, we'll consider it closed. If the same issue comes up again later, it may be treated as a new support request. This helps us manage requests efficiently and make sure every issue gets the attention it deserves.

What Happens After 6 Months?
