Managing Customer Notifications in Shopify:

In Shopify, it is guaranteed that no notifications will be sent to customers unless third-party marketing applications, such as Shopify Flow, are used.

Disabling Admin Notifications:

Merchants using Shopify can disable admin notifications to prevent receiving notifications during the order migration process.

From the Shopify Admin Dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Scroll down to Staff Notifications.

  4. : "Turn off" New order
