If you receive an error message referring to mp_connector while using our migration tool, the error could be one of the following:
Common errors:
You might have put the wrong URL for your website.
You forgot to upload the mp_connector package to your website.
You uploaded the file
connector.phpbut did not upload its parent foldermp_connector.You uploaded the mp_connector package into the wrong folder. The store’s root folder is the folder that contains the
index.phpfile.The mp_connector package has wrong permissions. Please correct the permissions of the mp_connector file and folder according to this instruction: mp_connector does not work after it has been uploaded.
Technical errors:
You are using the mp_connector downloaded from another account -> Invalid secret token.
(Technical Issue) Your SSL/TLS certificate has expired.
(Technical Issue) You are enabling Password Authentication on the homepage.
(Technical Issue) Your web server is blocking POST requests from remote servers.
