Common errors with mp_connector

This article highlights common errors encountered with mp_connector during installation and usage

If you receive an error message referring to mp_connector while using our migration tool, the error could be one of the following:

Common errors:

  1. Incorrect URL for the website.

  2. The mp_connector folder was not uploaded to the website.

  3. The connector.php file was uploaded without its parent folder, mp_connector.

  4. Incorrect permissions for the mp_connector file or folder. Permissions should be adjusted according to the provided instructions.
    ​ mp_connector does not work after it has been uploaded.

Technical errors:

  1. The mp_connector was downloaded from a different account -> Invalid secret token

  2. (Technical Issue) Expired SSL/TLS certificate.

  3. (Technical Issue) Password Authentication is enabled on the homepage.

  4. (Technical Issue) The web server is blocking POST requests from remote servers.
